CoolPeel

This makes it an excellent option for patients who want meaningful improvement in skin texture, tone, pore size, fine lines, and early signs of aging with significantly less downtime than traditional ablative CO₂ resurfacing. CoolPeel is well suited for regular maintenance, first-time laser patients, and those with active lifestyles who cannot accommodate extended recovery.

All CoolPeel packages at Arvé Aesthetics include pre and post-treatment EXO|E® exosome therapy to prime the skin, reduce excess inflammation, and enhance healing and collagen remodeling.

DekaPulse

DekaPulse is a deeper ablative CO₂ protocol designed for patients who want more significant correction of advanced photoaging, deep wrinkles, pronounced texture irregularities, and complex scarring. It delivers more aggressive resurfacing energy and requires more downtime, but produces more dramatic and longer-lasting results. DekaPulse is the appropriate choice when meaningful structural correction is the goal.

All DekaPulse treatments at Arvé Aesthetics include a post-treatment skincare kit from Hydrinity to support healing, protect the skin barrier, and optimize results during recovery and a take home portable fan.

The Role of EXO|E® Exosomes in Every CO₂ Treatment

Regardless of which protocol is selected, EXO|E® plant-derived exosome therapy is incorporated into every in-office CO₂ laser treatment at Arvé Aesthetics as a standard part of the process. EXO|E® is applied topically before numbing cream is placed, priming the skin and reducing the effects of excess inflammation before the treatment begins. What to Expect

Consultation

A consultation is required before any CO₂ laser treatment at Arvé Aesthetics. Both treatment modes are available on the same platform and the decision is made collaboratively based on your individual anatomy and lifestyle.

The Procedure

A topical numbing agent is applied prior to treatment to ensure comfort throughout the session. EXO|E® exosomes are applied before the numbing cream to begin priming the skin. Once the treatment area is prepared, the Tetra Pro CO₂ laser is used to deliver precisely controlled energy to the skin. The specific technique, depth, and pattern are customized by your physician based on your treatment plan.

Immediately following the session, EXO|E® exosomes are applied again to support healing and collagen remodeling.

Duration

Treatment times vary based on the area and protocol selected:

  • Face: approximately 40 minutes
  • Neck: approximately 30 minutes
  • Face and Neck: approximately 50 minutes
  • Periorbital, Perioral, or Hands: approximately 30 minutes

Recovery and Downtime

Downtime varies significantly depending on which protocol is used:

  • CoolPeel: mild redness and flaking for several days. Most patients return to normal activities within a few days.
  • DekaPulse: more significant swelling, redness, and peeling for 7 to 14 days depending on depth. This is a medical-grade resurfacing procedure and recovery should be planned accordingly.
