What Is Penile Girth Enhancement?

Penile girth enhancement at Arvé Aesthetics uses a combination of Cellenis® Derma PRP biofiller and hyaluronic acid filler to increase penile circumference, improve contour symmetry, and enhance overall appearance. This dual-product approach is what distinguishes our protocol from single-product filler treatments.

Cellenis® Derma is an autologous PRP-derived biofiller processed from your own blood. Unlike standard PRP, which delivers growth factors in liquid form, Cellenis® Derma is transformed through a specialized heating and cooling process into a gel-like biofiller that combines the volumizing properties of a traditional filler with the ongoing biostimulatory benefits of PRP. It continues to release growth factors after injection, supporting tissue quality and collagen production in the treated area over time.

This is combined with hyaluronic acid (HA) filler to achieve the target volume, contour, and symmetry. The two products work together to produce a result that looks and feels natural, with the added regenerative benefit that HA filler alone does not provide. Each treatment session uses approximately 14 to 16 syringes of combined product, distributed precisely to create balanced, proportional enhancement.
The HA component of the treatment is fully reversible with hyaluronidase if needed.

The Procedure

This is a two-session protocol. Sessions are spaced to allow initial settling and assessment before the second treatment is performed, ensuring the final result is balanced and refined.

Duration

Each treatment session takes approximately 90 minutes.

Results

Who Is Not a Good Candidate?

Penile girth enhancement is not appropriate for everyone. Treatment is not recommended for patients who:

• Have Peyronie’s disease or significant penile curvature that has not been evaluated and addressed
• Have penile malformations or anatomical abnormalities that would affect safe filler placement
• Have severe phimosis that has not been corrected, as this affects both the procedure and healing
• Have a bleeding disorder or are taking blood thinning medications without medical clearance
• Have an active infection in or around the treatment area
• Have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid or any filler component
• Have uncontrolled major systemic illness that could impair healing or increase procedural risk

Aftercare

Following treatment, some swelling and mild bruising in the treated area is normal and expected. To protect your results and support proper healing:
